INTERVIEWING

Our team reviews and screens candidates with the specific skills sets for your open positions.

The first step in preparing  to interview applicants is determine the job descriptions and the skills sets required to complete the position. Once you have determined the job description, you can now create the list of questions you would like to ask the applicants. Your focus will be on what is important in the position. For example, if you need an accounting manager, you are going to ask the questions about supervisor skills and experience.

When interviewing a candidate, you as an employer want to prepare and have questions. By providing a clear job description and having an idea of what skills will enable you as an employer to narrow your scope to the correct candidate. Some candidates have the knowledge and the experience but the exact skill will be learned "on the job." In this case, you would have candidates that are showing oyu the ability to learn and how they have increase their skills from their previous positions.

Remember you want to devote your attention to the candidate that you are interviewing, so schedule time for interviewing when you are less busy. But be flexible when scheduling an interviews, since candidates are employed.
